In accordance with Utah County Code Article 13-8: "Use of County Roads and County Property"

• An EVENT PERMIT is required in order to, "maintain, promote, conduct, advertise, sponsor, organize, manage, or operate any event which goes upon, over, or crosses any County road or County property".
• An EVENT PERMIT APPLICATION must be submitted to the Utah County Public Works Department at least thirty (30) days prior to such event.
• The EVENT PERMIT must be obtained at least one week prior to the date of the event.

• Attachment A:Athletic Event Permit Application
  
  Required for an organized competitive or recreational event in which a group of fifty or more people collectively and simultaneously engage in a sport or form of physical exercise, including but not limited to running, jogging, walking, bicycling, swimming, skating, equestrian activity.



• Attachment B:Entertainment/Reception Event Permit
  
  Required for an organized event having as its primary purpose the entertainment or amusement of a group of fifty or more people, including but not limited to parades, carnivals, fairs, concerts, receptions, weddings, parties, or other gatherings.



• Attachment C:Media Production Event Permit
  
  Required for an organized activity in which a group of ten or more people engage in the production of photographic, video, or audio recordings, with the exception of news reporting of small groups involved in the production of recordings for strictly personal use.



• Attachment D:Standard Event Permit Form
  
  Required for the use of any County Road or County Property by reservation as required by the Utah County Facility Use Policy. (Park facility uses by groups of fewer than 50 persons are excepted from the Event Permit requirements.)
